    You're right - they did say that Lot 3 is expected to start in late Q3. Which was any time after the announcement in August until the end of September essentially.

    So Lot 3 is still at least partially baked going on the timeframes. And it may not be far off.

    Doesn't stop them having a received a functional "Lot 2B" in the meantime.
