It seems to hinge a lot on what 4DS have been doing all September. The last update was 17th August. Assuming they updated HGST within a week or so, we have about 5 weeks or more of a blackhole. Preparing for the 3rd Platform Lot would have begun immediately: but it's hard to see that something went so terribly wrong with it.
