I disagree, the halt was because there was significant information available that wasn’t announced to market regarding the permit issue.

I do believe discussions re the cap raise were underway already, but saying the SP was held back isn’t really true as it’s been around three cents for months.

I suspect the cornerstone investor is why they held off and deferred salaries- that investor would only enter when the permit was issued and thus the build essentially guaranteed- basically eliminating the risk.

Canaccord is a good outcome, and only $2m being raised here so I think this will be the turning point.
