Re: protecting from a leak - they added an insider policy restricting staff trading in the last 12 months , so it's obviously something the board thinks about.
There may not have been any confirmed past leaks, but the board has to manage the risk of a leak...
I think they've gone into suspension as an extraordinary measure not because the probability of a leak has increased but because the consequence has increased.
the materiality of information they now have or are obtaining is changing
