Because I think we will run a PL4. Probably already begun. While they're analysing PL3, perhaps imec has put PL4 on. I think the megabit chip doesn't take long. Our delays with PL2 were clearly due to issues, finding the resolution, and testing what we could.
PL4 will be what they use to fully validate their tech with imecs sign off. PL3 and the forthcoming technical update are about laying the groundwork to get people watching, so when PL4 is ready, everyone else is too.
