Maybe, but for now your focus should be on ASX Listing Rule 17.2 as per the announcement.

As I read it. 4DS has asked for the extension (again) and in being granted it (again) by the ASX, they would have had to state the event they expect to happen that will end the suspension. For now the ASX continues to understand and accept what that event is.
No doubt it can get frustrating, but that's were it appears to sit for now.
