agreed. whilst i think its not nessisarily a bad thing that we are in halt, their procedure here is clearly disengenuous and in breach of asx rules
there wording is clear :
The extension of the voluntary suspension is requested until the Company makes the Announcement to the
market, which it expects to make on or before commencement of trading on Monday, 8 November 2021.
each time, they have stated that they expect to make an announcement on or before <date> this means that we can interpret either:
a - they are utterly incompetent and continually fail to get the information together in time, week after week.
b- they never intended to release any information and have been overtly dishonest in their release.
I have all my eggs in this basket, im not trying to downramp (like theres any point in TH anyway bahahah) but im getting pretty bloody pissed off at the way they're handling this
