I can understand the frustration, but they're not in breach of ASX rules.
They clearly (again) state Listing Rule 17.2.
For whatever the reason the ASX again supports the request for voluntary suspension. It's worth noting that the ASX can reject the request and/or remove the voluntary suspension at any time, if it decides to do so.
So for now the ASX continues to be ok with it.
Whilst I have my suspicions, I'm not saying I know what "it" is and at times the frustration gets to me. But I can't see any breach.
