    My thought is that it is very strategic, all the other deals have been handled quickly, this one on the back of the International Graphite alliance looks like major international battery alliance with Fed Government involvement, very exciting $CRL MC $13.8 million vs $RNU MC $532 very similar businesses tier 1 province state government support etc
