Exactly why I think even if there is a acquisition we are relatively sheltered. If IG lists as expected then the net result will be a see thru valuation of CRL far exceeding current. Any raising will have to take this into account or shareholders won’t approve it. So Matt is actually caught out, has no choice but to wait or whatever deal he is creating won’t be approved. As much as he would like to remove the suspension I don’t think he can if he is consummating the deal
