AVZ have been waiting on the mining licence for over six months yet they have only been in a trading halt for two. Regardless of what they say, the TH was as a result of Zijin’s claim of ownership yet this doesn’t even get a mention anymore. Company seems to be hiding behind the mining licence as a cause for the extension of suspension and not ownership claims. Something is not quite right here. You can’t control a foreign governments timelines so if the DRC don’t issue a mining licence for 2 years, is AVZ going to remain in suspension? If the TH was really a result of the ML, the company should have halted trading a long time ago.
As for all the rehashed information from the company that people continue to post, it really doesn’t mean anything. The asset is in the DRC so only what the DRC government release matters. At the moment it’s silence which is concerning.
Silly stuff going on.
