No it doesn't

So something else is behind the inability to issue the ML and calculate these surface rights which in the ordinary course of buisness are not incredibly difficult things to do (they don't months and months and months)

Hence IMO it is still partly the ownership issue at the core of the problems and this is preventing the completion of the surface rights calc etc etc etc

Until it's 100% unequivocal totally explicit and unchallengable who owns exactly what of Dathcom the ML can't be issued nor the corresponding surface rights calculation completed and then settled

Oh and of course they unexpectedly excluded a little bit of the tenement to the north for some unkown reason which has thrown a nice little curve ball on top of it all

Suspension is due to CAMI wanting to only issue the ML for the SE portion of the PE covering RD and a bit of CDL, and carve out the NE portion of the lease covering majority of CDL and leave that as a PE with different ownership %. My understanding is AVZ pushing back on that as they should to retain full current rights to the PE. Im thinking it is CAMI backed by Cong/Kabila trying to introduce AJN/DRC JV into the NE part of the PE to snatch a % of CDL that is the problem that is being sorted and why Huljich had to go. All IMO.
