So are you saying the ML will be given for the SE portion (Roche Dure ) regardless of what happens with the Northern portion ? Because if that's what you are saying I'm going pop a bottle of champagne and start celebrations . Gee a ML for a potential 1 Billion tonne high grade deposit . If that is the case why hasn't management made it clear to share holders ? Or is it supposed to be obvious ? I hope you are right Chillaxed , but I dont think it's that simple .

IMO that is what has been offered to AVZ and AVZ has rightly rejected it and are pushing to retain current full rights.

This from the last quarterly is the sticking point for suspension ... underline is mine

"The Ministerial Decree excluded a portion of the land holding to the north which will be required to be renewed under a 5-year “Permit de Research” (PR or Exploration Licence) to Dathcom, with discussions regarding the terms of the ongoing joint venture agreement on the PR to be finalised with the DRC Government in the future"
