Fed Govt and FIRB resistance to Chinese buying Aust companies with critical minerals is likely stronger now than it ever was a few years ago ….. no chance of any Chinese co being given FIRB approval to TO AVZ imo. But AVZ can sell its interest in the JV as it wishes as long as shareholders approve as evidenced by Cath TIA deal. Would have to be a ludicrously offensive huge amount of dollars and offer for me to vote that up though
