My current two cents on the situation. (DYOR etc)
(beyond the shared frustration about the lengthy delays)

We received the mining decree in early May, at which point AVZ have said:
“Hey, you have chopped off half of our area under the Exploitation permit”
“Lets suspend trading until this is sorted”

So we haven’t paid surface rights etc yet, because we want it to be over the full area, not just the southern patch.

To which we haven’t yet received an adequate response.
Which is why we are still in suspension.

Like those mention with the legal battles etc, until the reasoning for the adjustments and any subsequent changes are known, why would the information be released?

    In this time period:
-Fraud has been discovered/brought to light within the ranks (Cominere/CAMI)
-Govt is making changes (slow, but in the right direction, rushed decisions would look worse)
-We have started drilling again (yay, more lithium for everyone)
-Noise around the ICC/Zijin arbitration has dropped off, some people here noting that it might fall away entirely.
-Noise around the Dathomir Claims have dropped off.

    Important parts:
-Lithium prices have trended back up, with us avoiding the drop.
-AVZ has had consistent messaging and consistent presentation from the law firm etc, as they have done everything by the book.
-Revised BFS/DFS wont be released until any ownership quarrels are put to bed, I cannot imagine how much these parties would fight/expect if they understood the current value of our asset.
-Things are moving slowly, but from appearances are moving in AVZ’s direction, no information has come out to date, to prove the position of the people rallying against AVZ.
-No one, including the Govt or the people of the DRC benefit from the delay, as it puts legitimate money in everyone’s pockets.
-Yes, it is slow and we aren’t privy to all the information yet, but the shareholders placed their bets in AVZ and just have to wait.
-The management team will have solid reasons for the 2 week delays at this point, likely asking lawyers or team when things are expected to be resolved. The shorter the time frames, the closer we get to something landing.

AVZ continues to be a lesson in patience, as it has been from the very start.
No use complaining or throwing your toys, you cannot change it, you are along for the ride now.
