The good side is that a deal is likely otherwise they would be in administration or receivership by now.
The bad side is the capital injection is not likely to be cheap so we can expect a hefty dilution.
To me IF they can get their production to a stable & reasonable level and get their costs/stripping levels under control there is still money in this one. Unfortunately the above seems to be a very big if based on the performance to date.
