Have heard some rumours that both BCI and AMN are hoping the RWD/KLL deal falls over. Clearly the uptake from shareholders in recent CR wasn’t quite enough to get things done so RWD are most likely looking at other ways to get this across the line. Crucial and would a huge lost opportunity if didn’t RWD didn’t secure this acquisition, the board no doubt realise this and would be pulling out all stops to get this acquisition done.
