Too many people looking at their own short story portfolio trying to outsmart the CR and save a few pips that’s put the project in jeopardy and all short sighted enough to not understand that pushing SP down was always going to undermine the participants in the raise. Might still get over the line but this is why in part that management and boards look after themselves and shareholders are a long way down the list.
