Would have been nice if SH had rallied a bit harder to the recent CR to get the Beyondie acquisition across the line, at 60% uptake, from what I’ve heard, it wasn’t bad in the current climate but not quite enough to get it done.
Beyondie is an important acquisition for RWD so I’m sure they’ve been negotiating hard and pulling out all stops to get it done.
Given that SH participation wasn’t quite enough in the recent CR to get things done i’m expecting that we’ll most likely be offered a reduced CR in combination with a new investor.
