BC has very clearly described what happened.
Investors were worried he was only going with one offtake (not getting the best deal)
so BC didn't go ahead with it and went back to market to try and get a better deal with other offtakers.
he said this in an interview addressing it head on.
was it the right decision? Time will tell.
