Im not sure Petra would have raised funds from their clients if it was going to all fall over next week.

looks like au xingao played hard ball knowing that Avenira had the money to pay out the note and that forcing the issues was the quickest way to get paid. After all it’s business. Secondly they are looking to invest in gold start ups not phosphate.

so if we get a note from hebang that really enforces that Avenira will be focused on wonarah and YP. Also it shows that hebang are committed to bringing the project to fruition.


au xingao sold the majority of their shares over a yr ago I’d speculate they don’t have any left.

im still hopeful of a dso at wonarah but they will need to sought the pricing.
