I’m sure management would have be trying to resolve prior to the maturity date.
lets see what they Ann before we judge too hard. I think it’s a net positive if Avenira manage to finalise with au xingao (and two directors) and negotiated a new note with hebang or GEAR.
if I follow your logic growler the next Ann will be the company going into admin as no money and gear and hebang are total sharks.
