All that you have alleged is price sensitive aka insider information; particularly the last one. If what you say is true, then this could have only come via anyone inside the company.

I don’t think what ifs and maybes count.

I remember I was at a presentation and Avenira management said they were close to signing an offtake with a Malaysian company but it never occurred. Was that inside information?

apply the same logic to the above.

of course if you speak with management they are going to say we are trying this we are doing that.
