in fact, my feeling about the announcement is becoming more and more positive. the announcement must be related to another. it must have an impact on something behind the scenes that currently needs to be dealt with. i think it has something to do with glencore and the dd. in my opinion, glencore will have been satisfied, but will still have asked for part of stage two. that's how it is with signatures. it's a long journey from arg to london.
