mgmt has already angered sh in the past with some unfortunate decisions. if this time you bring a widely negative announcement from regulatory authorities to the market with a demonstrable delay, this will not reflect particularly well on future sh relationships. if there is anyone at all anymore. i'm still positive.

negative news would probably have already reached us on other channels. negative news has always appeared in newspaper articles. glencore deal was probably leaked in advance, so insiders made a lot of money here. as far as i can remember, positive effects did not appear in articles beforehand. maybe the long suspension serves to protect against insiders. pure speculation.
