if you have read the latest agy announcement, you will notice that the local government has given a verbal confirmation of the approval provided. jp was recently present at a meeting. my guess is that he may have received a verbal commitment to an ongoing permit. it may take some time until the documents are checked and signed. should it be linked to the stage two approval, then this would significantly improve gln's negotiating position with glencore. pure speculation.
