HOT off the press…. I am assuming this agreement they signed also opens the door to export chloride initially as it infers and the export royalty has been agreed to be 7%…If so, boom baby! doomsdayers so very far off the mark…remember Phase 3 was always to consider carbonate production so I’m hoping the signed agreement basically allows exporting all chloride for phase 1 and 2 with some sort of commitment to further processing to carbonate later…
