Still the $100MM question indeed….but at least this gov agreement, if my read is right, looks to open the door to so many more possible customers outside Argentina which will in turn add competition and end up in better terms and access to prepayments for Galan than before (at the very least it should light a fire under Glencore to commit or get off the damn pot!!). Also shows to me how close and strong Galan’s relationship with Catamarca is…
