Interesting article @spovend - well done on finding it. I'm trying to understand the article, but essentially, JP seems to be making a commitment to build a carbonate plant. With what money I am not sure and in exchange for what I'm not sure.
There could be some good news behind whatever he's getting in exchange for the commitment. However, it could still be bad news - e.g. regulatory authorities may be confirming that chloride export is not possible and they will need to build a carbonate plant to upgrade before export. Funding from Glencore is not forthcoming so they have been forced to do a deal with Camyen.
