Agree, the reference to lower industrialisation is a direct reference to lithium chloride as it’s a less processed or “industrialised” product, so this is very much an agreement to export lithium chloride in my opinion exchange for a higher royalty of 7% versus the current 3% for carbonate production plus the commitment to look at building a carbonate plant in the future, which was always their phase 3 plan. anyway that’s my read of it and hopefully I’m alright.
