Whilst I agree it sis a credit raise its in the form of an equity position with funding loans to get the mine up and running ASAP. Its not a CR in the usual form to keep the lights on again and for some Insto to flip the shares.

I actually don't see any negatives at all.

They will have seats on the Board in key positions to ensure we get this operation moving asap, their "control" is not in the form of major equity ( shareholding) position but in the form of Board control which will ensure the project is secure.

They have a plant that needs feeding...
