I typically hold a positive outlook on AEV; however, I have some concerns regarding a Chinese company acquiring a significant position and potentially dominating the board. Such scenarios often lead to poor governance. Consequently, the company may become unattractive to institutional investors, resulting in a retail investor-dominated landscape. I plan to call BC tomorrow to discuss governance issues, foreign investment board review, and concerns about the potential for institutional investors, such as GEAR, to exit their positions if Hebang gains control over the company.
