I think CHN can dig up the PGM ore and then truck it or send it onto rail to a Nickle refinery like BHP in Kambalda , where they can turn it into a concentrate, and you can then send that concentrate to South Africa for refining !
Nickel West’s concentrator plant in Kambalda processes ore and concentrate purchased from third parties.
So that way CHN does not need to have a mill or crush it themselves.
