Just looking at the IC50 for Monepantel which is 25 micromolars and rapamycin the IC50 is 0.1nm
It seems weird Monepantel is x250 less potent than rapamycin and would even show any signs of improvement.
Am I missing something or is there another mechanism of action that makes Monepantel effective?
