Thanks @adreamer, I'm on mat leave at the moment so got a bit of time spare. I've extended the values out to 10 weeks (see below) and added a chart to show how the values change exponentially over time. Although the values are to 3 decimal places, this is all based off a screenshot of the PDF and then scaled, so the accuracy is rough at best:
