re: Ann: Extension to Closing Date for Rights... Looks like yes, they did the ring around and yes they got the news that alot of shareholders were not keen on participating.
I'm reading into this that they are hopeful of getting some positive news out in the next week or so to push up the share price and get the rights issue away otherwise I can't see how extending it for 2 weeks with no more news in the public arena is going to help sentiment.
last report on allamber suggested results were due mid september so it's probably that given they have already reported on pyramid and (effectively) red bore.
