I have had the opinion before that companies organise or otherwise encourage the underwriter to buy the shares on market to make it look like the placement is good value.  I don't think that happened here but there has been another quarterly which showed some light at the end of the tunnel and the share price has recovered to 3c so will be interesting to see what takeup the placement has had.  Originally, I was not considering the placement but after the quarterly report I changed my mind and subscribed for some.  Maybe I was not alone.
