No one has seen through why this raise was done, some just need to think outside the square to get a grasp on why and who it was done for,
like this for example, Delphi buys in with an average of 3.5cps everybody thinks thats okay and it probably was at the start, but wait theres still more, Klinky old boy increases his power in the company by buying upto 19.9% of Corazon, then low and behold a major shareholder of a certain company gets them buying in @4cps namely Blackstone and as soon as they do or shortly there after another Capital Raising is put out to raise again. Corazon have never ever gone to the peeps to raise that amount of cash but all of a sudden they are trying to raise exeburant amounts and for what, they just raised 3 or 4 milion through Delphi an Blackstone, so the need for cash is and was only done to lower the averages for colonel Klink and his Cronies Blackstone, Delphi's average will fall below 3.2cps and Blackstones will fall to 3.4cps off the back of the raise whilst many mum an dad investors get screwed over in the process, yes thinking outside the box can help one understand the position the company has put small investors in with no reward for eroding their cash for so long, but welcome the opportunity to fill up the coffers of the BEOT and in doing so effectively have given retail axreally big kicking or want for a better analogy they have driven all mum and dad investors up the Greek Highway, imho.
