100%, LPD would be well known around the traps having been trying to obtain finance for about 4 years with no success.
Multiple "interested parties" and "dd" being done yet everyone who has been having these "confidential discussions" has pulled out and walked away, even some right at the very end of the process when we were "on the cusp".
Something stinks.
