This raise is for the "Arrangement of Finance" i.e. pulling all funding parties together. USDFC have passed technical due diligence and are onto legal due diligence, there is no doubt IMO USDFC will be in the funding mix.

When finance is "Arranged" surely LPD will have a market cap of greater than $90m hence the SP will be north of $0.009 which is the price where our free options are in the money.

We have until Friday 3rd May to transfer funds in order to get a free 0.9 cent option for every 2 shares subscribed.

The Weekly chart below (over a 2 year period) shows the decline in SP (while seeking funding) and the relative insignificant jump to get back to 0.009 or even the 0.016 resistance/support level, when funding is indeed Arranged. (a SP of 0.016 is only a market cap of $160m)
