the directors may have control of the company but they dont have control of the sp, only 1 person does and has been manipulating this sp for 3 years since they came on board, initally when the first substantial holder notice came out the sp went up but soon after the road blocks went up and the sp was slowly manipulated down and now we have a situation where you have to sell to them because no one is buying, i think profits will come back strongly but until the manipulation stops and someone goes to play somewhre else nothing the directors can do will change the sp trading pattern, i have said before they/he is not your friend.
