Maybe George was expecting shareholders to just cough up without him having to make much of an effort to communicate the plans and how and when the money will be spent - a firm timeline. Be interesting to see how much he personally puts in. Another gesture would be a salary cut or paid half in script. Get more money scent on the ground.
