As ive previously stated, it's a really shitty way to raise money. It either provides arbitrage and encourages selling, or shareholders have to pay a premium to take part. Virtually the entire time, which is gonna blow out to near 2 months, the share price has been below entitlement price. 2 months is just absurd too, in no world is that a reasonable turn around time to raise some capital. Having said that, I still think the company has a good future, lots of good prospects. Cap raise stinks but, what a waste of time.
