    I also see this as positive news because ST cashflow can be used to provide a better understanding and move forward the commencement of production for OC. If the debt was to be paid, one small issue and TRY would be in serious trouble. The sooner smarts comes back online and OC comes into production, the sooner TRY will thrive.
