OM Sarawak would supply most I think.
Sakura ferroalloys is currently at 50% production due to a transformer breakdown.
Sakura produces "One furnace will produce approximately 107,000 tons of HCFeMn per annum while the other will produce approximately 67,000 tons of SiMn per annum. Each furnace is designed to switch to either HCFeMn or SiMn"
I'd doubt Sakura would be supplying any alloys to the USA.
So with one furnace out of action and the need to supply contracts in Taiwan and Japan, I'd doubt any spare capacity.
Permata generally fulfills contracts, its a larger complex than Sakura but smaller than OM Sarawak. Permata produces FeSi, SiMn and FeMn.
Pertama Ferroalloys is 60% owned by Hong Kong's Asia Minerals Limited, 25% by Japanese ferromanganese producer Nippon Denko, 8% by Malaysia-based Carbon Capital, 7% by Japanese trading company Shinko Shoji.
