we only need 3-4 consercutive positive Qr, with each qr improving, like Pmetal.
too bad, OMH not like Ferroglobe listed in NSDQ, else can see more participation and supported.
beside, OMH is doing well, so sp dip a bit, due to low volume pulldown, not a concern.
