Major maintenance cost about 60 to 70mil aud, furnace conversion 30mil aud. About 170mil to purchase the 25% stake. About 270mil aud capex in the next 18 months.
i wouldnt expect a dividend. Although a 2 or 3 cent dividend would be much appreciated. Would cost maybe 20mil aud? They should increase their borrowings to finance the capex. Although they could finance it from cash.
