I believe likely held up due to some legal/documentation issues....
But if it is a dispute regarding valuation, it is kind of pointless because CMSB would have rejected the offer right at the beginning of offer stage. If really it is so, kind of a sour taste on both parties because it will be CMSB walking back on the agreement, holding the deal hostage if don't up the price.
