That's pretty much the same line that has been used over the last 5 years for every cap raise. Why would this onebe any different from all the past ones. SP goes down, next raising at a lower price, share holders keep losing money.
Perhaps this is the final one that fails, or maybe they get enough to keep going for a few more months before going back to the punters again.
One thing is certain though, if they don't do a consolidation of something like 20 for 1, then the end will be sooner than later. It's poor management letting the number of shares to balloon to 4b or there-abouts.
