I don't know that Executive Chairman is a full-time role. The Chairman coordinates the board. Boards only meet a few times a year say 5. Yes they have to do a lot of reading (if they're doing their job properly but not hands-on day-to-day stuff.

Now because of Iggy's experience in Lithium and it's says executive, he may be doing a bit more. But I would be surprised if it was full-time. let's say he has 60 hours a week* to commit to employment. He could readily do 40 for ATC & 20 for Lithium Universe or 35/25. or even the other way around.

One may say well he doesn't have to do that much for either. That's the point. what I do want to see for the benefit of his country is people with knowledge and experience being utilised flat out.

What burns me is with all this immigration where are the people with real experience coming in? They're going to city, Sydney & worse anti-mining Melbourne, not where the skills are needed. WA, QLD & SA.
